Abstract

Traumatic rupture of the diaphragm is a rare clinical problem occurring in approximately 0.8–1.6% of patients hospitalized after blunt trauma. Diagnosis is difficult in the early period and leads to delayed presentation of the problem. Therefore, this problem should be kept in mind after blunt trauma. In this article, we report a case of left diaphragmatic rupture with stomach and colon herniation diagnosed on the seventh day
